The Tape Casting Warehouse stocks 1000 linear foot rolls of 3mil (75um) clear Mylar® Si-coated one side for short lead times.
Custom widths, lengths and stocking arrangements are available.
Stocked film properties:
- 3mil thickness, clear/milky white appearance
- 20-39 g/inch release value
- Average grams per inch, 15 min. dwell time, 180deg pull at 200in/min using Tesa 7475 tape.
Other films are also available such as:
- 2mil white punchable (typically for LTCC) {now stocked ready to ship in single roll quantities}
- 3mil white (coated or uncoated)
- 3mil clear uncoated
- Other thicknesses and types…pretty much anything you could want…
