The Tape Casting Warehouse supplies the chemical and mechanical components necessary for casting tape. Many manufacturers of Tape Casting raw materials have minimum order quantities for these components which are much larger than the average ceramic producer needs (55 gal. drums).   • The doctor blade assemblies provided by the Tape Casting Warehouse are designed for use with most stationary blade machines and also work well on many moving blade machines. The reservoir design is a study in simplicity, combining accurate casting with ease of use and easy access for cleaning.
  • Silicone Coated Mylar is sold in a variety of widths with a minimum order of only 1000 linear feet. Lead times can be as short as one (1) day!
  • Many specialty accessories are available for application-specific challenges. Some problems only arise in certain processing conditions and are not well documented or publicized. Most of these problems have been faced, and solved, by Richard E. Mistler, Inc. prompting new and specialized products for the Tape Casting Warehouse.
  • For small scale Tape Casting, research, or in-house process development, the Tape Casting Warehouse offers a moving carrier, stationary blade Table Top Casting Machines, the TTC-1200. This machine offers the operation of a production caster with a low profile and an even lower price-tag.
